Thirubhuvanai Assembly Election Results 2026
Thirubuvunai is an assembly constituency reserved for Scheduled Caste candidates and is part of the Puducherry Lok Sabha seat, also named Puducherry. In the 2021 Puducherry assembly election, independent candidate P Angalane won the Thirubuvunai seat, defeating B Kobiga of the All India NR Congress by 2,359 votes. This was a reversal of the 2016 result, when Kobiga had defeated Angalane by 1,432 votes. In 2021, Thirubuvunai had 31,814 registered electors, of whom 28,524 voted. Assembly elections for all 30 Puducherry assembly constituencies are expected to be held in April.
