Students awaiting the CBSE Class 12 Result 2026 will be able to access their scores across multiple official and digital platforms once the Central Board of Secondary Education activates the result link. Alongside official portals, platforms such as DigiLocker and UMANG will remain key access points for marksheets.

The Class 12 examinations concluded on April 10, and candidates are strongly advised to keep their roll number, school number, and admit card credentials ready before the announcement. Provisional scorecards will be made available immediately after declaration through both websites and app-based services.

Steps to check marksheet on DigiLocker

Students must log in to DigiLocker via the app or official portal using Aadhaar-linked credentials or a registered mobile number. Once inside, they should navigate to the Education section available on the dashboard.

Candidates are then required to select CBSE and proceed to the Class XII marksheet option. After entering their roll number and other details, they can download the marksheet for official use.

DigiLocker continues to function as a secure repository for CBSE-issued academic documents, including marksheets and certificates.

How to check results on UMANG app

Students can access their results on the UMANG app by logging in and locating CBSE services. After selecting the Class 12 result option, candidates must enter the required credentials.

Once submitted, the provisional marksheet will be displayed and can be downloaded. The platform remains a critical alternative during high traffic on official websites.

Steps to check scores on official websites

Candidates may also check their results via cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, and cbseresults.nic.in. After opening the result portal, students must click on the Class 12 result link and enter their credentials.

Upon submission, the marksheet will appear on the screen. Students should download and retain a copy until original documents are issued by their schools.

Options available after result declaration

Following the declaration, CBSE will open the window for verification of marks, re-evaluation, and access to answer sheet copies. These processes will be conducted as per official guidelines.

Students who fail to clear one or more subjects will be allowed to appear for compartment examinations. With results expected in the third week of May, candidates are advised to rely strictly on official sources for updates.
