Sola Civil Hospital appeals to staff to conserve fuel, energy

Ahmedabad: Sola Civil Hospital’s medical superintendent, in a May 13 notification, has appealed to staff to take steps to conserve fuel and energy. The appeal calls for using public transport to reach the hospital, use of bicycles by those living close to the hospital, promoting vehicle pooling by those commuting on the same routes.“Staff should promote EVs, save fuel, shut fans, air-conditioners, lights when not in use and keep the AC temperature at 24 degrees celsius or above, and use natural light and air during day time,” the notification reads.
