Maniktala election results 2026: BJP’s Tapas Roy defeats TMC’s Shreya Pande in West Bengal

In the 2026 West Bengal Assembly election for Maniktala (167), Tapas Roy of the Bharatiya Janata Party secured victory with 76,370 votes, defeating All India Trinamool Congress candidate Shreya Pande, who polled 60,726 votes. The BJP won by a margin of 15,644 votes in the constituency. CPI candidate Mousumi Ghosh finished third with 9,014 votes, while Congress and other independents trailed far behind. NOTA recorded 1,058 votes.Maniktala, constituency number 167, is located in Kolkata district as part of the Kolkata Uttar Lok Sabha constituency. In 2026, TMC has nominated Shreya Pandey, replacing the late Sadhan Pande who held the seat for over a decade.
