They were working in a private rubber factory on Attayampatti Road near Rasipuram. According to railway police sources, the woman went out with two of her coworkers around 4am. "In a fit of rage, the two men allegedly pushed her towards the track as a train was fast approaching. The woman, who fell on the track and suffered leg fractures, managed to roll herself away to the other side of the track before the train crossed the spot," the officer said.
