Woman found dead; husband suspected

Rourkela: A woman was found dead at her house under Raghunathpalli police station limits on Monday. The deceased, Sabita Singh (41), was living at Ruptola with her husband Rabindra Bahadur (45).Her brother, Khirod Singh, lodged an FIR alleging that she was murdered by Rabindra. In his complaint, Khirod alleged that Rabindra frequently quarrelled with her and they had a fight on Sunday night. He accused Rabindra of assaulting Sabita and killing her. Police sources said they received information about Sabita's death on Monday morning, following which a team recovered the body and sent it for post-mortem.
