Defeat but ‘Moral Win’? Mamata Targets EC, Hints At BIGGER Opposition Alliance

Outgoing West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has refused to resign after her party’s defeat, asserting that the Trinamool Congress achieved a “moral victory.” She further said she received support calls from leaders of the INDIA alliance, including Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal, Uddhav Thackeray, Akhilesh Yadav, Tejashwi Yadav, and Hemant Soren, adding that opposition unity would continue strengthening in the coming days.
