A pub manager, Saikumar Reddy, was arrested for creating a drunken disturbance outside a closed bar and assaulting two police officers on duty. Reddy, demanding alcohol, allegedly turned violent when stopped, injuring an Assistant Sub-Inspector and a constable. He was taken into custody and faces charges under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
