Visakhapatnam: Andhra University has released the results of the Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET)-2026. The ranks will form the basis for admissions to self-financed engineering courses on the AU campus in Visakhapatnam.
A total of 5,327 candidates applied for the entrance test, which was held on May 10 across seven major cities in the State. Of them, 4,707 candidates appeared. Ranks were allotted based on the marks secured.
AU vice-chancellor Prof GP Rajasekhar formally released the results, which have been uploaded on the university website. Registrar Prof K Rambabu, Dean Prof K. Srinivasa Rao, Prof Venkatadri and others were present.
Director, Directorate of Admissions, Prof D.A. Naidu said details of online certificate verification and the counselling schedule would be announced shortly. “Counselling for special category candidates will be conducted at the Directorate office in Peda Waltair,” he said.
In the examination, G. Jayaram from Vizianagaram secured the first rank with 84 marks. G Venkata Bhuvana Teja from Palnadu secured the second rank, followed by Shaik Nausheer from Singarayakonda in Prakasam district (third). V. Muralikrishna from Srikakulam secured fourth rank, while K. Likhith, also from Srikakulam, secured fifth.
