Ranchi: The department of personnel, administrative reforms, and rajbhasha observed
Hindi Diwas on Sunday.
The event highlighted the crucial role of Hindi in national unity and administrative efficiency, with a focus on promoting its use in both daily life and modern technology.
Personnel secretary Praveen Toppo said, “Hindi is a powerful language of national unity, culture, and communication. The language has been instrumental in making administrative work simpler and more accessible to the general public.”
Toppo called for a collective effort to make Hindi rich, and stressed the need to expand its use in administrative and technical fields.
Parvati Tirkey, a writer and assistant professor in the Hindi department of Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav College, spoke about the need to delve deeper into the language. He described Hindi not just as a medium of communication, but as a cultural and literary heritage that the new generation must be connected with.
