Two premier trains to have stoppage at Danapur station

The Railway Board has approved a two-minute stoppage for the Rajendra Nagar-New Delhi Tejas Rajdhani Express and Sampoorna Kranti Express at Danapur station, effective Wednesday. This decision, made in response to increasing passenger demand, will benefit commuters in Danapur and nearby regions. The trains will halt on an experimental basis in both Up and Down directions.

The Railway Board has approved a proposal for the stoppage of two premier trains, Rajendra Nagar-New Delhi Tejas Rajdhani Express and Rajendra Nagar-New Delhi Sampoorna Kranti Express, at Danapur station from Wednesday.According to the ECR’s chief public relations officer (CPRO) Sarswati Chandra, both trains will stop at Danapur for two minutes on an experimental basis on both Up and Down directions. “The decision has come in response to growing passenger demand and is expected to greatly benefit passengers from Danapur and its surrounding areas,” he said.As per the time schedule, the New Delhi-bound Tejas Rajdhani will reach Danapur at 7.46pm and depart at 7.48pm, while the Patna-bound Tejas Rajdhani will reach Danapur at 4.15am and depart at 4.17am.

Similarly, the New Delhi-bound Sampoorna Kranti Express will reach Danapur at 7.55pm and depart at 7.57pm, while the Patna-bound Sampoorna Kranti Express will reach Danapur at 5.48am and depart at 5.50am.
