In the run-up to the Vice Presidential election, NDA and INDIA bloc leaders made strong pitches for their respective candidates. NDA leaders Chirag Paswan, Jyotiraditya Scindia, and Anurag Thakur expressed confidence that CP Radhakrishnan would secure a decisive victory, with Thakur calling him a leader of “grace and achievements.” Paswan also projected a united NDA ahead of the Bihar polls. Meanwhile, opposition leaders rallied behind INDIA bloc nominee B. Sudershan Reddy. RJD’s Tejashwi Yadav extended full support, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav claimed numbers would favor INDIA, and Congress leader Sachin Pilot said NDA would struggle to prove majority, questioning the absence of former Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar.
