Somali national held for illegal stay in India
Motihari: A Somali national, Mohammad Ahamad Farah, was arrested on Friday near custom checkpost at Raxaul near India-Nepal border while he was trying to enter in Nepal without valid documents. According to immigration sources, Farah was illegally staying in India as his visa expired four months ago.Police said Farah had come to India on a medical visa and was living in Hyderabad. He was arrested while he was attempting to leave India and enter Nepal. He was handed him over to Haraiya police station for further action.After completing necessary legal formalities, Farah was sent to a court, said SDPO of Raxaul Manish Anand.
