SP (N&P) and member of the drug disposal committee Poolicharla Ramanaiah said a total of 24 cases of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances that included 8kg heroin, 31kg opium, 370kg ganja, and other LDPA substances like Ramadol and matter of nitrogen were destroyed. The destruction of the contrabands was carried out by the committee after being satisfied with the court order, Ramanaiah said.
