New Delhi: A fire broke out at a factory in southeast Delhi’s Okhla Industrial Area on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Delhi Fire Service (DFS), a call regarding the blaze was received at around 11.40 am, after which nine fire tenders and nearly 56 fire personnel were rushed to the spot.
Officials said the presence of machinery, equipment, and stored materials inside the factory intensified the blaze and fuelled its rapid spread, posing challenges for firefighters.
