U’khand stars shine in civil services exam, Tehri’s Meenal Negi gets 66th rank
Dehradun: Tehri's Meenal Negi secured 66th rank in the Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2025, conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). The daughter of a public school teacher, she did her primary studies in Tehri and cleared UPSC in her second attempt.In Pithoragarh, Aditya Pathak of Rai locality secured 189th rank. It was his fourth attempt. He studied economics in Delhi University. His father, Madhavanand Pathak, and mother, Manjula Pathak, are both teachers.

Ashutosh Nautiyal, a promising young man from Guladi village in Banaal Patti, secured 398th rank and was selected for the Indian Police Service. A resident of Banaal Guladi village, Ashutosh's father is a teacher in Vikas Nagar, and his mother a homemaker.
