Sex racket busted; five, including four women, held

Prayagraj: With the arrest of five persons, including four women, the Attarsuiya Police claimed to have busted a sex racket allegedly being operated from a house in the Kalyani Devi locality on Saturday.Police also recovered objectionable material from the premises.According to sources, complaints were received from locals regarding suspicious activities at the house. Acting on the information, a police team conducted a raid at around 4pm.When the police reached the spot, the house was found locked from inside. After getting no response despite repeated knocks, the team forcibly entered the premises and found the accused in a compromising situation.All five were taken into custody and brought to the police station for questioning.SHO, Attarsuiya, said police are investigating the matter and collecting more details.Officials added that the role of the house owner is also under investigation.
