A 50 year old resident of North West Bengal found lasting relief from chronic back pain after undergoing naturopathy and yoga based treatment at Patanjali Wellness, Haridwar. The treatment plan included a combination of naturopathy therapies such as hot and cold fomentation, kati snan, hot foot bath, hand wraps, reverse walking, mud packs, abdominal wraps, and calf wraps. He practiced Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, Bhramari, Bahya, Udgeeth, and Ujjayi under expert supervision. The yoga module included postures such as Ardha Chakrasana, Ardha Dhanurasana, Ardha Shalabhasana, Ardha Kati Chakrasana, Bhujangasana, Markatasana, Setu Bandhasana, Shavasana, Tiryak Bhujangasana, neck exercises, Uttanpadasana, and yogic jogging. Each asana was carefully selected to strengthen the spine, improve flexibility, and relieve muscular tension.Dietary discipline also played an important role in his recovery. His meal plan consisted of fruits, boiled food, therapeutic fasting, and simple natural preparations aimed at supporting detoxification and weight management.
