½ cup cream cheese, ¼ cup butter, 1 cup icing sugar, and a few drops of vanilla essence

First of all, remove the gasket of the cooker and whistle from the lid. Add 1 -- 1.5 cups salt to the base of the cooker, and place a stand inside and preheat on low flame for 10 minutes.

Sift the flour in a deep bowl, along with cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.

In another bowl, mix sugar and oil and once they are combined well, add milk and vanilla essence. Also, add red colour and mix well.

Now, gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet and also add vinegar at the end.

Grease and line a cake tin and pour the batter into it.

Place the tin on the stand carefully, close the lid without a whistle and bake on low flame for 35–45 minutes.

In the meantime, for frosting, beat cream cheese, butter, icing sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

Once the cake is ready, spread evenly and decorate as desired. Enjoy with your valentine.
