Ex-delivery executive among 4 held for robbing cash collection agent

New Delhi: Delhi Police on Tuesday arrested four people for allegedly robbing Rs 4.18 lakh from a cash collection agent, who worked with e-commerce stores, in Burari.The incident took place on April 27 when the victim picked up cash from a warehouse in Swaroop Nagar. Two people on a scooter allegedly hit his motorcycle, causing him to fall. Soon after, two other men on another scooter allegedly stole his bag and fled. A case was registered.Police tracked the suspects moving across multiple locations, including routes leading to Haryana and back into Delhi.Three accused — Sameer (25), Krish (22), and Kapil (19) — were nabbed on Saturday, while the fourth accused, Shahdab alias Amit (21), was later arrested from Ashok Vihar.Sameer told cops that he used to work as a delivery executive. A sum of Rs 26,000, along with a mobile phone bought using the stolen money and a scooter used in the crime, were seized.
