Ashoka Road Crash: Truck driver arrested for killing two

New Delhi: A week after two cousins lost their lives in an accident on central Delhi’s Ashoka Road, police have arrested the truck driver in connection with the case The accused was apprehended from Yamuna Khadar in northeast Delhi on Monday and got bail.The accused, identified as Tuntun alias Titu, had reportedly been working as a truck driver for the past year.The incident took place on April 27, when 14-year-old Abhav Bhatia and 20-year-old Yagya Bhatia were returning home after watching an IPL match. During interrogation, the accused admitted that he was driving at high speed at the time of the incident, which is believed to have led to the crash.
