Jawan dies after bike skids near Airport Road

Bhopal: A 35-year-old soldier who was allegedly injured after his motorcycle slipped near Dronanchal in the Koh-e-Fiza area succumbed to his injuries during treatment on Friday. Koh-e-Fiza police registered a case and started investigations.According to Koh-e-Fiza police, the deceased, Neeraj Kumar, was a native of Bhagalpur in Bihar and was posted with the Army in the Bairagarh area. The incident occurred on March 17, when his bike skidded near Dronanchal on Airport Road, leaving him seriously injured.He was admitted to a hospital, where he later died during treatment. After the post-mortem, police handed over the body to Army authorities, who arranged to transport it to his hometown. Police registered a case and initiated further investigation into the circumstances of the accident.
