Suvendu Adhikari Says ED Granted Sanction To Prosecute Sandeep Ghosh In R.G. Kar Case

West Bengal BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari has claimed that sanction for prosecution has been granted to the Enforcement Directorate against former R.G. Kar Medical College Superintendent Sandeep Ghosh in connection with the 2024 rape and murder case at the Kolkata hospital. In a social media post, Adhikari alleged that the previous Trinamool Congress government had delayed the investigation for a prolonged period, while asserting that no individual is above the law. The move authorises the ED to initiate legal proceedings in the high-profile R.G. Kar case.
