‘Yeh Rista Kya Kehlata Hai’ January 4 written update: Armaan gets offered a deal for winning the family firm back

On this Sunday’s episode of the hit Hindi TV serial, the story starts off with Armaan and Mittal’s meeting. During the meeting, Mittal tells Armaan to freely accept the cheque from him to buy the Poddar law firm back. However, Armaan refuses and instead tells him that he will only take the money from him once he wins Meher’s case. During the meeting, after Armaan refuses, Mittal presents him with a new opportunity. He tells him about his plan and says that both of them will heavily benefit from the scheme. He tells Armaan that he also wants the firm back in its rightful place. Mittal proposes that since the company will need lawyers, he will arrange that accordingly. He concludes by saying that he wants to buy the family law firm back for Armaan.When Armaan grew suspicious and asked him what he would benefit from in this case, Mittal simply answered by saying that he would be gaining a good lawyer such as Armaan. He also adamantly tries to give the cheque to Armaan, who refuses and says that he will not accept anything until he wins the case.Abhira overhears everything and tries to warn him about Mittal. Armaan tells her not to worry so much and that he is simply worried for his daughter and doing something like this only to help her. Abhira is still wary and tells Armaan to be careful, after the two argue about whether Abhira should come to court or not. Armaan tells his wife not to come with him as he has to prep for the case. He also refuses to take Kaveri’s blessings as well, citing that he will only do so after he wins the case back.Once Abhira gets back home, she and Vidya talk about Armaan, amongst other things. The two debate about what will happen with Armaan. Abhira expresses her concerns over him and shares that he is not taking care of himself. Vidya tells her that it has to be this way, as no one can do what Armaan is doing, and that no one can help him either. Before getting ready for court, Armaan suddenly falls ill; however, Abhira is there to care for him and help him. She helps him get ready for the court hearing. The Poddar family then prays for Armaan as he goes to court for meher’s case.
