Vrushab Khadtale: I'm not here to be relevant for a short time

In an industry where actors are often quickly boxed into certain images and labels, Vrushab Khadtale is determined to chart his own path. After gaining recognition with Pyaar Ka Pehla Adhyaya Shiv Shakti, the actor is now focused on growth, reinvention, and choosing roles that challenge perceptions rather than reinforce them.“I don’t want to fit into the industry’s idea of what I should be. I want to expand it,” Vrushab says, reflecting on his evolving journey as an actor. “I’ve realised that if I don’t define myself, the industry will do it for me—and that’s not a risk I’m willing to take,” he shares. The audience today is far more aware and receptive. As actors, we need to raise our standards and bring authenticity to our performances. I'm not here to be relevant for a short time. I'm here to create something meaningful and lasting.
