‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ January 1 written update: Tulsi gets emotional as she reunites with Angad and Vrinda
On the first ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2’ episode of 2026, it starts off with Vaishnavi and the girls at their stall looking over Mihir’s stall and the crowd. To attract the crowd around her, she and all of the girls start dancing near their stall in their own handmade dresses. This starts attracting the crowd away from the surrounding stalls, including the Virani family’s stall. Nona sees all of this and grows agitated at the matter.
Mihir and Vaishnavi also have a conversation as he asks her about her Kaki. Vaishnavi informs him that their Kaki is not well, which worries Mihir. He promises to visit soon and gives them his wishes.
The two share a moment as Vrinda tells Tulsi to remember what her name means and not to give up. She also expresses how grateful she is for the woman as Tulsi was the only one in the Virani family at the time to accept her.
Ritik, on the other hand, finally gets the meeting set with a potential investor and their meeting gets set for 11 am as Munni confirms with the receptionist.
Noina and Mihir talk about the matter
Noina expresses her disdain over the matter to Mihir and tells him that all of their customers are now going to Vaishnavi. Mihir instead enjoys their dance and even tells Noina that the girls do have a lot of talent in them. Noina is not happy; however, Mihir enthusiastically goes over to their stall himself and buys a couple of clothes. He, however, tells them to pack the items a little differently.Mihir and Vaishnavi also have a conversation as he asks her about her Kaki. Angad surprises Vrinda
Vrinda reaches back home to find Angad nowhere in sight. She, however, finds that all of the food has been prepared. As she keeps on calling Angad, he ends up surprising her by making the entire dinner. The two talk about his cooking skills, and he confesses that he misses his Maa the most, as she was the one who taught him how to cook properly. Vrinda and Tulsi finally meet for the first time. The scene shifts to Vrinda and Tulsi in the same auto. As the two get out of the vehicle, Tulsi turns to Vrinda to ask for change, as she does not seem to have the amount. Vrinda ends up tightly hugging her. They both end up getting emotional at their reunion, and Vrinda starts telling her that she cannot leave her children like this.The two share a moment as Vrinda tells Tulsi to remember what her name means and not to give up. Vrinda convinces Tulsi to go to her grandchildren’s graduation
The two sit and talk as Vrinda tells her that she will not forgive her for leaving them and that Angad misses her a lot. She also reveals that the children whom Tulsi gave her blessings to a few days ago in the temple were her own grandchildren, leaving her shocked. As the two continue to talk, Vrinda convinces Tulsi to come to her grandchildren’s graduation ceremony. Angad and Tulsi finally meet
As the scene shifts, Angad is at home when Vrinda comes back inside, tears on her face. Her state worries him as he keeps asking her what happened. Vrinda reveals that she found Maa and finally met her. The news leaves Angad in shock for a few seconds before he starts looking around, asking where she is. Vrinda emotionally tells him that she tried to convince her to come home with her, but Tulsi refused. This leaves Angad looking around frantically.
