Actress Anupama Solanki, who was last seen as Sudha in Jagriti Ek Nayi Subah, opens up about the challenges of balancing work, personal life, and downtime in today’s fast-paced world. Sharing her thoughts on the growing struggle of managing time, she says, “Absolutely! Life is moving so fast these days, and we are constantly juggling work, family, and personal time.”Talking about her own journey in the entertainment industry, Anupama admits that time management often feels overwhelming. “For someone like me, managing time often feels like solving a tricky puzzle. It’s challenging, but it teaches you discipline and helps you focus on what really matters.”She also addresses the misconception that acting is purely glamorous. “Many people think being an actor is all glamour and fun, but behind the scenes, it’s very busy — shoots, rehearsals, meetings, and sometimes traveling between locations. Time always feels limited,” she explains. “But I believe it’s about how we choose to use the time we have. If you focus on priorities, even a busy day can feel productive.”On how technology impacts personal space, she shares, “Weekends often don’t feel like breaks anymore because the phone keeps buzzing with messages and notifications.
Technology keeps us connected, which is great, but we also need to step back sometimes. Even a short digital detox can help you truly relax and recharge.”Anupama also revealed her personal time management hacks: “I make a small priority list each morning — just three or four things I must finish that day. It keeps me focused. I also batch similar tasks together, like replying to messages at one time instead of constantly throughout the day. It’s a small thing but saves so much energy and time.”Reflecting on simpler times before social media, she concludes, “Life felt slower and calmer before. Social media is useful, but it keeps us alert all the time. I try to step away and enjoy real-life moments — it gives a different kind of happiness.”
