A man, who had gone to the Barh court to testify in his son's murder case, was shot dead near Athmalgola on his way back home in Patna district on Monday afternoon. His second son Dharmendra Kumar (30) also sustained gunshot injuries and was undergoing treatment at the Barh sub-divisional hospital. The deceased was identified as Lakshmi Narayan Singh (65) of Sirsi village under Bakhtiyarpur police station area.
