By Kshitiz SinghPATNA: Some bike-borne miscreants on Saturday night fired some rounds of fire outside a restaurant under Sadar Police Station in
Bihar's Muzaffarpur district.
A birthday party of a 6-year-old girl was going on in the restaurant when the incident took place. Around 50 people were present at the party. The video of the incident captured on the CCTV camera went viral.
As soon as the information was received, City SP Arvind Pratap Singh, Sadar Police Station in-charge
Kundan Kumar reached the spot. The police have started investigating by scanning the nearby CCTV cameras.
City SP Arvind Pratap Singh said: "within 10 minutes of the information, the police reached the spot. More than 10 rounds of firing have been done at the restaurant. Initially it seems that the incident has been carried out to scare the restaurant owner. The matter seems related to some personal or business enmity. Investigation is being done at all points. Soon the miscreants involved in the incident will be arrested. Four people were involved in this incident. The criminals had come on two bikes. Further action is being taken by registering an FIR."
