Amol Palekar to receive META Lifetime Achievement Award 2026

Noted playwright Satish Alekar's Mickey and the Memsahib' will be staged by the Holy Cow Performing Art Group from Edinburgh during the Edinburgh International Theatre Festival next month.

PUNE: Professor and Marathi playwright Satish Alekar has been selected for the prestigious late principal VK Joag award (2004-05) for excellence in teaching on campus.
