34 Marathi writers say scrap Act

Mumbai: Thirty-four Marathi writers issued a statement calling for the withdrawal of the CAA on Wednesday. They called the police handling of recent protests inhuman.
Shanta Gokhale, Jayant Pawar, Satish Alekar and Arun Khopkar were some of the signatories to the letter.
They called the Centre narrow-minded for excluding Muslim migrants while giving citizenship to minorities from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh.tnn
