Music composer Salim Merchant has responded to A. R. Rahman's remarks about potential communal bias in Bollywood. Merchant stated he doesn't personally believe bias plays a role, citing Rahman's prominent role in the upcoming 'Ramayana' film as evidence of the industry valuing talent irrespective of religion.
