Radhapuram election results 2026: TVK’s Dr. Sathish Christopher wins by 12,313 votes

In Radhapuram, Dr. Sathish Christopher of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam won the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly election by 12,313 votes against DMK candidate Appavu M, while Balakrishnan S.P contested from the BJP.Radhapuram Assembly Constituency lies in Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu, under Tirunelveli Lok Sabha, serving a coastal rural area near Kanyakumari known for paddy, rubber cultivation, fishing communities, and proximity to Uvari beach and temples. M Appavu of DMK is the current MLA as of March 2026, elected in 2021 with 82,331 votes (43.95%-44.17% share) defeating AIADMK's I S Inbadurai (76,406 votes, 40.79%-40.99%) by a margin of 5,925 votes, with no by-elections or changes reported ahead of 2026 polls.
