Paravur election result 2026: INC VD Satheesan wins Paravur seat by over 20600 votes

VD Satheesan of INC secures Paravur with 20600 votes, beating CPI candidate ET Taison Master.Paravur Assembly constituency, numbered 78, is located in Ernakulam district of Kerala and falls under the Ernakulam parliamentary constituency. Established in 1957, it encompasses North Paravur Municipality and surrounding panchayats like Chendamangalam, Ezhikkara, Kottuvally, Puthenvelikkara, Varappuzha, and Vadakkekara. This general seat, with around 198,000 electors, reflects Kerala's urban-coastal dynamics near Kochi, blending fishing communities, backwaters, and growing suburbs.
