Mannargudi election results 2026: AMMK’s Kamaraj S wins by razor-thin margin

Amma Makkal Munnettra Kazagam (AMMK) candidate Kamaraj S clinched victory in a photo-finish, defeating the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) by a slender margin. Kamaraj secured 68,416 votes, winning by just 1,566 votes after all 22 rounds of EVM counting were completed. DMK candidate T.R.B. Rajaa gave a tough fight, finishing second with 66,850 votes, keeping the contest on edge. Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) candidate U Rajarajan ended a distant third with 44,266 votes.
