Advocate Nikita Jacob on Monday approached Bombay high court with a petition seeking transit anticipatory bail for four weeks in connection with the alleged ‘Toolkit’ case. Her lawyer mentioned her plea before Justice P D Naik for an urgent hearing and the HC posted it for Tuesday. Her application says She has “not committed any crime, as appears to have been alleged or otherwise.’’ Her lawyers said the Delhi police Non-bailable warrant (NBW) was issued on the "wrong pretext'' that she was absconding. Her application says that “on February 11, 2021, the cyber police unit, Delhi accompanied by a constable from Vanrai police station Goregaon (East) came to her house with a search warrant and seized personal documents and electronic gadgets.’’

Toolkit document case: Non-bailable warrants issued against 2

Non-bailable warrants have been issued against two people for allegedly sharing the "toolkit" related to the farmer's protest on social media, the Delhi Police said on Monday, two days after it arrested climate activist Disha Ravi in connection with the case. The toolkit has been cited by some critics as a "proof" of her conspiracy to fuel protests in India.
