An experimental Covid-19 vaccine developed by the American biotech company Moderna prompted neutralising antibody activity in healthy adults, though it led to minor side effects in many patients, according to a new study from the preliminary stages of an ongoing trial. This initial findings, published in The New England Journal of Medicine, is from the first 45 participants of ages 18 to 55 years enrolled at the study sites in Seattle and at Emory University in the US.
