Manjummel Boys' director Chidambaram and actor Siddharth share a 'Boys Multiverse' in their recent meet - See photos

‘Manjummel Boys’ is receiving overwhelming responses from both the actors, directors, fans, and critics alike. Director Chidambaram has now shared a picture with Tamil actor Siddharth on his Instagram account and drawn a parallel with both of their films by calling it a ‘Boys multiverse’.

While sharing the pictures, Chidambaram wrote, “Manjummel + Boys Welcome to Boys multiverse Love and light only from this man @worldofsiddharth Lovely night and long conversations about how we all boys were influenced by the OG “Boys” by the one and only @shanmughamshankar Punidham aanathu @worldofsiddharth.”

In ‘Manjummel Boys’, the director portrays a strong bond among a group of friends who stood for each other when one of them got into trouble in ‘Guna’ cave. At the same time, Siddharth made his debut as an actor in S. Shankar’s 2003 film ‘Boys’, in which six youngsters deal with adolescence and relationships. Chidambaram took this chance to connect both the cinematic ventures and drew a parallel world calling it ‘Boys Multiverse’. He thanked S. Shankar for the 2003 film.

This week was significant for Chidambaram as Kamal Haasan watched ‘Manjummel Boys’ and met the whole team in Chennai to mark his appreciation. Following this, actors including Chiyaan Vikram, Udhayanidhi Stalin, Dhanush, and director Karthik Subbaraj also met Chidambaram to shower praise on him for his recent film.
