Actor
Samarjit Lankesh gears up for his mag num opus, Vrusshabha, that hits the screens today. Calling the experience 'unreal', he says being part of the film has been one of the most memo rable phases of his career. “I feel incredibly blessed to have landed a role alongside
Mohanlal sir and to work with such big technicians,” he shares. In the film, Samarjit plays Mohanlal’s son, a character he describes as interesting and unique. “It’s a role I really hope audiences connect with,” he says. Vrusshabha, he adds, is a complete action entertainer layered with strong family sentiments and love. “It’s the kind of film that will touch peo ple and be enjoyed by audiences across the board,” he says. The action, according to the actor, was both in tense and demanding. With four action masters on board, the team underwent rigorous training and shot complex sequences on a massive scale. “Each major action block took about seven to eight days to shoot, with three cameras and a huge setup,” he explains, adding, “The action is fast-paced and very different, and I’m sure it’s something audiences will really enjoy.”
