Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth confirm engagement, amidst wedding rumours - PIC inside

On Wednesday morning, rumours were rife that Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth had a secret wedding Sri Ranganayakaswamy Temple in Warnapathy’s Srirangapur in Telangana. At the event for the date announcement of 'Heeramandi', the host also confirmed the news saying that Aditi is not present at the event as she's getting married!

Well, now, Aditi and Siddharth have officially confirmed that they're engaged. They dropped a photo flaunting their rings and announced engagement. While Aditi wrote, "He said yes! ❤️ E. N. G. A. G. E. D. ��," Siddharth said, "She said yes."


The couple have cryptically denied wedding rumours by saying that they're only engaged! They can be seen flaunting their beautiful rings in a casual avatars in this selfie. Siddharth and Aditi Rao Hydari worked together for the 2021 Tamil-Telugu bilingual 'Maha Samudram' and that's when they fell in love. The couple didn't speak about their relationship for a long time.

In an Instagram post in 2023, Siddharth addressed Aditi as his “partner” which fueled their relationship rumours. But before that, it was a dance video in February 2023, that made everyone believe that the couple was indeed dating. But they always liked to keep their relationship private.

On work front, Aditi will be seen next in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Heeramandi' which is set to release on OTT on May 1. It sees her alongside Sonakshi Sinha, Richa Chadha, Manisha Koirala, Sanjeeda Sheikh and Sharmin Sehgal. Meanwhile, Siddharth was last seen in 'Chithha' which he also produced.

Siddharth was earlier married to Meghna Narayan while Aditi was earlier married to Satyadeep Misra.
