Rs 4L copper cables stolen in Palamu

Daltonganj: Unidentified miscreants stole underground copper cables worth Rs 4 lakh from an underconstruction hot chips plant at Rampur Sultani in Palamu. Police on Monday said that an FIR in this case was lodged by Pawan Singh, supervisor of the plant—Baba Stone Works—on Sunday. Officer in charge of the Harihurganj police station Deobrat Poddar said that they have deputed one ASI to probe into the case. According to the FIR, stolen items were worth Rs 4 lakh.
