Birth anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee observed in Ranchi

Ranchi: Jharkhand BJP on Thursday held various programmes titled Atal Smriti conferences to mark 101st birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna and former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee. Programmes were held at the booth level across the state where workers offered floral tributes and discussed Atal’s personality and achievements.Former state president Ravindra Kumar Ray inaugurated a photo exhibition at party office. During the programme, the late PM’s vision for nation-building, governance model and his contribution in the formation of Jharkhand were remembered.Jharkhand assembly, too, held separate a programme to mark the occasion at Vidhan Sabha premises.
