Man jumps onto metro track, dies

Noida: A man died after allegedly jumping from the elevated track near the Electronic City Metro station at 6.30am on Sunday.According to the police, a team from Sector 63 station reached the spot and rushed him to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries during treatment.The body has been sent for autopsy, and efforts are underway to establish the identity of the man, as no identification documents were found, cops said.They added that the CCTV footage from the metro station suggests that the man was behaving abnormally before the incident.Cops have not ruled out any angle and are trying to gather more information about the deceased through surveillance footage and local enquiries. Further investigation is underway.
