21-year-old man rapes stepmom, survivor pregnant

Nagpur: A 26-year-old woman has accused her 21-year-old stepson of repeatedly raping her over several months, alleging that she is now four months pregnant as a result.According to police, the survivor filed a complaint at Mankapur Police Station on May 5. She alleged that the accused forcibly had sexual relations with her multiple times at their residence between Nov 18, 2025, and May 5.Police said the woman had earlier also filed a case against her husband and his family members, accusing them of mental and physical torture.A case has been registered under relevant provisions of BNS for rape. The accused has not been arrested yet. Investigators have recorded the survivor's statement, documented her claim of being four months pregnant, and examined the alleged crime scene.
