INDORE: As many as 12 victims of Monday’s shocking truck accident are being treated at different hospitals in Indore with various injuries, including head trauma, multiple fractures, and amputation.The victims were run over by a truck that hit several four-wheelers and two-wheelers near Shikshak Nagar on Monday night, killing three people.CMHO Dr Madhav Hasani stated that 12 victims are presently undergoing treatment at four different hospitals — Geetanjali Hospital, Verma Union Hospital, Aurobindo Hospital, and Banthia Hospital.He said that Ankita Goswami, Anil Namdev, Kajal Devi Goswami, and Vipul Sharma sustained head injuries and associated trauma. Sandip Vijya suffered multiple fractures and underwent amputation of his foot.Diksha Chauhan and Sanskriti Verma sustained fractures. He added that Palak Joshi, Anil Kothari, Ashok Kumar Goswami, Savid Dudani, and Rajni Khatwase required multiple stitches after sustaining injuries while being hit and dragged by the truck.
