Somnath Swabhiman Parv: Series of religious discourses to be organised at Shiva temples

Prayagraj: As part of the ‘Somnath Swabhiman Parv’, a series of religious and spiritual events including collective mantra chanting, ‘Omkar’ chanting, the ‘Somnath Sankalp Samvad’, and religious discourses will be organised at city’s prominent Shiva temples including Shri Mankameshwar Mahadev temple, Padila Mahadev , Nagavasuki Temple (Daraganj), Someshwarnath (Arail), Dashashwameshwar Mahadev (Daraganj), among others, on Monday.

Besides, a live broadcast via LED screens of the program being held at the Kashi Vishwanath Dham Temple has been scheduled at major temples across the metropolis. As part of this initiative, a cleanliness drive will be conducted at Shiva temples across the district.



Under the cultural programmes segment—organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Govt of India—live performances, renditions of ‘Shiv Bhajans’ and the ‘Shiv Tandav’, ‘Somnath Sankalp’ activities, and mass Omkar chanting sessions will be conducted.
