Following traffic congestion experienced over the previous weekend, additional measures have been introduced to address bottlenecks, ensuring pilgrims can conveniently access the bathing ghats on foot. In preparation for the Maghi Purnima Snan, the Yogi government has undertaken extensive measures to ensure the safety and well-being of the large influx of devotees expected on Wednesday. On the directive of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, all hospitals within the city, division, and Maha Kumbh area have been placed on high alert.

Devotee safety is being monitored comprehensively through water, land, and aerial surveillance. A total of 133 ambulances have been deployed to provide immediate assistance during emergencies. This includes 125 standard ambulances, seven river ambulances, and a specially designated air ambulance for swift medical response.
