Fresh questions are being raised over the effectiveness of the US naval blockade in the Persian Gulf after vessel monitors claimed that at least two oil tankers breached the blockade perimeter. , one of the vessels identified as VINA/VALLEY allegedly entered the restricted zone despite ongoing US military operations in the strategically critical Strait of Hormuz.
