'Will Shut Hormuz Completely': Iran IRGC Warns U.S. After Retaliatory Strikes Target Bahrain, Kuwait

A localized maritime enforcement action inside the Strait of Hormuz has instantly escalated into a major international flashpoint. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy intercepted four commercial oil tankers, leading to direct US self-defense drone strikes against an IRGC telecommunications station on Qeshm Island and a coastal surveillance radar site in Goruk. In a massive escalation, the IRGC Aerospace Force retaliated by unleashing a coordinated salvo of heavy ballistic missiles from underground silos inside mainland Iran. The projectiles directly targeted the Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait alongside the core administrative and military assets of the U.S. Navy's Fifth Fleet headquarters in Manama, Bahrain.
