Bigg Boss 19: Mridul Tiwari's cousin takes a stand for him as Mridul slams Malti Chahar for her nasty comment
A verbal clash between contestants Mridul Tiwari and Malti Chahar during a recent currency computation task has become a major talking point among viewers, after tensions rose over a household responsibility that quickly turned into a personal confrontation.
Malti was requested by housemates to prepare the dough so that food could be made later. However, she reportedly declined, saying that it required a lot of energy and that she would do it after the task. Other contestants requested her to do it immediately, pointing out that everyone would otherwise have to stay hungry, but Malti stood by her decision.
Amid this, Mridul approached her to address what he described as repeated use of abusive language. Speaking to her calmly, he asked, “Do you abuse normally like this? Because yesterday also, when I spoke to you very normally, you said ‘tu Ch****a... hai kya?’ Do you usually use such words? If I wanted, I could have replied the same way, but I didn’t. And today again, you said the same thing.”
He then added politely, “Please don’t abuse me like that. Because hereafter if you abuse me, main tujhe bhoot bana dunga. Yeh hatt watt mujhe mat boliyo.”
To this, Malti replied, “Tu pagal hai kya?” — prompting Mridul to respond, “Tere jaise pachaas pagal phaink dunga main yahan pe.”
The exchange drew attention from fellow contestants, some of whom tried to calm the situation while others watched in silence. Both contestants appeared visibly agitated but refrained from escalating the argument further.
The incident has since sparked debate among viewers about behavior and boundaries inside the house. While some believe Mridul was justified in confronting Malti about her language, others felt the situation could have been handled more privately and calmly by both sides.
Following the episode, Mridul’s cousin brother came out in his support on social media. Sharing an Instagram story, he wrote, "Humare bhai jo itne decently khel rahe hain, kabhi kisi ko gaaliyan nahi di, aur jis tarah se wo mahilaon ki izzat karte hain, mujhe nahi lagta Bigg Boss ke ghar mein koi aur contestant itni izzat deta hoga. Phir bhi ek wild card baar baar unhe itni gandi gaali de rahi hai… jabki humare bhai haath jod kar izzat se baat kar rahe hain. Yeh bahut hi sharmnak aur ghatiya language hai. Mujhe umeed hai weekend ke vaar par jis tarah humare bhai ko bola jaata hai game up karne ke liye, waise hi iss contestant ko bhi bola jaaye apna standards up karne ke liye aur aisi gaaliyan na de.”
The confrontation has certainly stirred new dynamics among the contestants — and left audiences divided over who was truly at fault.
